Cancellation Policies
Clear cancellation terms help you plan your stay with confidence. We outline options to accommodate changes while protecting your booking.
How far in advance can I cancel?
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a fee equivalent to the whole stay.
What happens if I cancel late or do not show up?
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Are refunds available for cancellations?
Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund minus any applicable fees, processed promptly after confirmation.
Can I modify my booking instead of cancelling?
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our support team to discuss changes to your reservation.
